Job Summary
Providing scientific leadership for molecular pharmacology activities, the full-time Senior Molecular Pharmacology Advisor will develop pharmacology strategies and guide experimental work in support of neuroscience discovery and development programs, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide scientific leadership and strategic direction for molecular pharmacology activities
- Develop pharmacology strategies and experimental plans to address key questions related to compound activity and signaling mechanisms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance therapeutic programs and interpret complex data
Required qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Neuroscience, or a closely related scientific discipline
- 6+ years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong foundation in molecular pharmacology and expertise in receptor pharmacology or GPCR biology
- Experience developing scientific strategy and addressing complex experimental questions
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop scientists in a collaborative environment
