Senior Mortgage Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Focusing on the creation of high-quality training materials, the full-time remote Senior Mortgage Instructional Designer will develop job aids, SOPs, and eLearning content across various mortgage fulfillment functions while managing content revision cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build training materials and eLearning content for mortgage fulfillment functions such as underwriting and processing
• Create and maintain Highspot SOPs in collaboration with content teams and subject matter experts
• Support curriculum builds and content quality reviews, proactively identifying content gaps and recommending improvements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development for professional training environments
• Demonstrated mortgage industry experience with a track record of building training content for sales or fulfillment audiences
• Expert-level proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Strong command of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent content projects with minimal supervision
