To support a growing creative team, the full-time Senior Motion Graphic Designer will translate strategy into visuals, produce both static and video content, and maintain brand consistency across various platforms in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate research and creative briefs into visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets
- Produce high-quality static ad creative and edit short-form video content for paid social
- Navigate compliance review cycles to ensure creative meets legal standards while maintaining quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a creative production role with experience in performance/paid social
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and video/motion editing
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and strong proficiency in After Effects
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is a plus
- Understanding of platform-specific creative specs for paid social channels
