Senior MuleSoft API Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the CRM, Integration, and Platform Services workforce, the full-time Senior MuleSoft API Engineer will design, develop, and integrate MuleSoft capabilities remotely while collaborating with government stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable digital services.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and sustain MuleSoft capabilities using Anypoint Platform and related tools
• Translate business and operational requirements into practical technical solutions while supporting platform architecture and implementation planning
• Troubleshoot complex issues across platform configuration, code, data, and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align delivery with federal expectations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in senior platform engineering or application development, preferably in complex enterprise or government environments
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft implementation, configuration, development, and integration
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into maintainable technical outcomes
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
