Job Summary

To support a dynamic team focused on storytelling and growth outcomes, the full-time Senior Multimedia Content Producer will manage the execution of multimedia content, ensuring alignment with measurable goals while working remotely across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Own the prep-to-publish workflows, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring quality outcomes
• Manage on-set duties, collaborating with hosts and talent to steer content towards impactful narratives
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline, partnering with various teams to ensure a healthy flow of content opportunities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in growth-oriented storytelling for video and audio, with a preference for YouTube experience
• Fluency in organic growth metrics and understanding of how creative decisions affect engagement and conversion
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to extract compelling stories and craft engaging interview structures
• Excellent communication skills to align editorial, logistics, and creative direction across multiple projects
• Comfort with AI tools and a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation in a fast-paced environment
