Senior Murex Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple Murex MX.3 programs for various clients, the full-time Senior Murex Program Manager will manage implementations, upgrades, and migrations while overseeing distributed teams and engaging with senior stakeholders remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery for Murex programs, including scope, budget, risk management, and governance
- Run steering committees and manage escalations, RAID logs, and commercial health with client executives
- Act as a trusted advisor on Murex roadmaps, upgrade strategies, and regulatory changes while building reusable delivery frameworks
Required qualifications
- 18+ years of overall experience with at least 14 years in Murex
- Hands-on knowledge of Murex Front Office and Back Office operations
- Strong understanding of Murex Risk Management and integration/reporting architecture
- Experience leading large distributed teams of 50 or more staff
- Proven track record in managing program delivery and governance
