Senior Mutual Funds Service Professional

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Mutual Funds Service Professional will manage mutual fund financial controls and compliance requirements, partner with team members and external partners to develop and implement processes, and provide training and coaching to enhance team competencies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day control monitoring and research requests to ensure compliance with regulatory objectives
• Assist with complex escalated cases and provide detailed communications to clients and field professionals
• Monitor and coach team members on quality and performance metrics, suggesting improvements and training methods

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 to 3 years of customer service interaction or mutual fund experience
• 2 to 3 years of expertise in the financial industry with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and demonstrate strategic problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and navigating multiple financial systems
