Job Summary
To support a government staffing initiative, the full-time Senior .NET Developer will perform front-end and back-end development of web applications and web APIs, troubleshoot and maintain monolithic applications, and ensure regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support web-based applications using the .NET framework, including ASP.NET and MVC
- Create documentation, perform application coding and testing, and resolve technical issues through debugging and research
- Implement security controls in the software development lifecycle and provide support for security initiatives and vulnerability remediation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5-8 years of experience in application development
- Experience in front-end and back-end development using .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET CORE
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C, and scripting languages like TypeScript and JavaScript
- Strong SQL backend experience, including stored procedures and SSRS reporting
- Experience with Kendo UI Controls and Power BI is preferred
