Job Summary
Working on a contract basis, the Senior .NET Engineer will manage the migration of legacy PHP systems to a cloud-native architecture on .NET, collaborating across departments to design and implement technical solutions while ensuring high-quality code delivery in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical requirements and contribute to solution design
- Develop technical designs and actively participate in code development, reviews, and rigorous testing
- Engage in agile ceremonies and contribute to timely project delivery through strong technical execution and ownership of work
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in back-end software development with .NET/C#
- Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services, ideally with ASP.NET Core
- Experience in migrating or rewriting legacy systems into modern languages or frameworks
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
