Job Summary
Leading the architectural design of backend systems, the full-time Senior .NET Software Engineer will build and enhance backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure while mentoring junior engineers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design of backend systems, focusing on microservices decomposition and event-driven architecture
- Own the design and development of complex backend services, including claims and eligibility logic, while contributing to Node.js services
- Oversee backend cloud infrastructure design on Azure, including messaging, serverless design, and CI/CD pipeline architecture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of backend development experience with expertise in .NET Core/C# and/or Node.js
- Demonstrated architecture-level design experience in microservices and distributed systems
- Expertise in Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipeline design, along with mentoring experience
