Job Summary
Leading the modernization of legacy business applications, the full-time Senior .NET Technical Lead will design and deliver cloud-native services on AWS, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring offshore developers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs for cloud migration
- Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, and best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery of features
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years with modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs
- Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices or distributed applications
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL development
- Hands-on AWS experience with ECS/Fargate and RDS for SQL Server
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams, including offshore resources
