Senior NetSuite Administrator
Job Summary
Owning the NetSuite ERP platform end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior NetSuite Administrator will manage, customize, and enhance the NetSuite environment to meet evolving business needs, ensuring audit readiness and optimizing financial workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the NetSuite environment, including architecture design, configuration, and release management across various finance modules
- Build and maintain customizations, including SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript automations, and reporting tools
- Drive the NetSuite roadmap by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing strategic system enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across multiple finance modules
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent certifications
- Proven SuiteScript development experience for process automation
- Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close processes
- Experience with AI and LLM-driven automation in finance contexts is a strong plus
