Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary
Providing and maintaining network connectivity services, the full-time Senior Network Engineer will perform device configurations, troubleshoot network issues, and manage incident tickets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform device configurations and internal operating system upgrades for network devices
- Troubleshoot network problems and recommend corrective procedures while documenting resolutions
- Maintain network services documentation and complete network change requests in accordance with service level agreements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in network services infrastructure engineering
- Extensive knowledge of network technologies, including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Experience in network service infrastructure design and engineering, including service prototyping and laboratory experimentation
