Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support high-performance infrastructure for advanced AI workloads, the remote Senior Network Engineer will drive network reliability programs, design automated monitoring systems, and take ownership during complex production incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive network reliability programs by analyzing telemetry and operational data to improve availability and performance
• Design automated data workflows and monitoring systems for continuous visibility into network health and service performance
• Take technical ownership during production incidents, coordinating response efforts and implementing remediation improvements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure, with at least 3 years in high-performance computing environments
• Extensive experience with sophisticated data center networks, including routed and switched architectures and large-scale fabric designs
• Strong software engineering background, particularly in Golang, with experience in ITIL, Agile/xP, and TDD methodologies
• Proven ability to lead incident response and troubleshoot complex infrastructure failures effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple infrastructure disciplines, such as network protocols, fiber technologies, or high-performance connectivity
