Senior Network Engineer
Job Summary
Providing senior-level operational ownership and Tier 3 engineering support, the full-time Senior Network Engineer will manage network infrastructure, perform complex troubleshooting, and ensure service restoration in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex incidents and service degradations
- Perform incident triage, service-restoration actions, and root-cause analysis
- Plan and implement approved changes, including patching activities and maintenance coordination
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in large, distributed enterprise network environments
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco enterprise networking and advanced troubleshooting across various protocols
- Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, and Meraki security platforms
- Familiarity with voice and unified communications infrastructure
- Required certifications: Cisco CCNP or higher, PCNSA, and relevant Cisco Certified Specialist credentials
