Senior Network Engineer - Security

Job Summary

Providing 24/7 network support for global clients, the full-time Senior Network Engineer - Security will handle escalations and severe cases while managing network and security-related issues, with a focus on Cisco FMC and FTD platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage security measures on network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues, including malware detection and DDoS attacks
• Drive technical calls and manage client interactions independently to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of critical issues

Required qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in implementing and managing multi-vendor network solutions
• Expert-level experience in Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) and other Cisco security products
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VPN technologies
• Prior experience collaborating with global clients from US, Europe, and APAC regions
• A relevant certification in security is an asset
