Job Summary
Providing advanced technical and operational leadership, the full-time Senior Network Operations Analyst will manage complex incident responses and collaborate with various teams to enhance network reliability and operational maturity in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the investigation and resolution of complex network incidents across global environments
- Coordinate major incident responses, ensuring clear ownership and effective resolution across teams
- Mentor Network Operations team members and drive operational improvements in network reliability and service quality
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in network operations or a comparable technical role
- Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and network monitoring
- Demonstrated experience in leading troubleshooting and major incident response in a global enterprise environment
- Experience mentoring operations professionals and coordinating work across multiple teams
- Hands-on experience with network observability and automation technologies
