Senior Network Program Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network, the remote Senior Network Program Specialist will manage provider relationships, assist with program navigation, and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency of care while working full-time.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively to build and maintain relationships with network providers
• Oversee program activities and collaborate with providers for issue resolution related to contracting and credentialing
• Conduct provider education and training, contributing to the development of operational processes for the M1S program

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in managed care, including claims and provider data review
• 2+ years of experience in presenting educational materials
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
