Senior Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

Providing 24/7 network support to global clients, the full-time Senior Network Security Engineer will manage escalations and severe cases while ensuring the implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco FMC and FTD platforms, as well as network security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage security measures on network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues related to FTD firewalls and provide support for network security incidents
• Drive technical calls, managing client interactions and escalations to ensure timely resolution of critical issues

Required qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in implementing and managing multi-vendor network solutions
• Expert-level experience in Routing and Switching and Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC)
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
• Prior experience collaborating with global clients from US, Europe, and APAC regions
• A relevant certification in security is an asset
