Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the NOC and SOC team for efficient network and security monitoring
- Supervise daily shift activities and ensure seamless handover between shifts
- Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures for network and security incidents
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years of experience in a NOSC, NOC, or SOC environment
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of network monitoring and SIEM tools
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages for security operations
