Job Summary
Supporting the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program, the full-time Senior Network Support Engineer will provide hands-on network operations, troubleshooting, and engineering support remotely, ensuring 24/7 network availability and security while working with advanced networking technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Support global network operations, ensuring continuous network performance and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and outages
- Configure and maintain Cisco SD-WAN and enterprise networking technologies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Current Active Secret security clearance
- DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent) required before starting
- Hands-on experience supporting Cisco SD-WAN environments
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, BGP, TCP/UDP, IPSec, VPNs, and routing protocols
