Senior Observability Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the evolution of observability strategy, the full-time Senior Observability Analyst will define standards and implement best practices using Datadog to enhance user experience, application stability, and operational efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical and functional reference for the Datadog platform within the organization
- Design, implement, and evolve observability solutions using various Datadog modules
- Develop proactive monitoring strategies based on SLIs, SLOs, and business indicators
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Advanced experience with Datadog, including implementation and administration
- Practical experience with observability pillars: Logs, Metrics, and Distributed Tracing
- Experience in observability of APIs and microservices architectures
- Knowledge of automation using Python, Shell Script, or PowerShell
