Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

Overseeing tactical occupancy planning for a client's portfolio, the full-time Senior Occupancy Planner will prepare operational presentations, ensure compliance with program standards, and provide effective space planning solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare operational presentations and reports on space pipeline and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on occupancy planning and operations
• Direct the development of planning proposals and manage project activities such as relocations and renovations

Required qualifications

• Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CAFM software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings and concepts
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
