Job Summary

Overseeing tactical occupancy planning for a specific geographic region, the full-time Senior Occupancy Planner will manage space utilization, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare operational presentations and reports to illustrate space pipeline and recommendations
• Provide effective space planning solutions for various project types, including relocations and consolidations
• Collaborate with internal and client leadership to ensure compliance with program standards and alignment in operations

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
• Proficiency in CAFM software, space management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in architectural and engineering concepts and design
• Ability to develop headcount budgets, forecasting, and utilization metrics
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships with stakeholders
