Job Summary
Supporting a key financial services client remotely, the full-time Senior Occupancy Planner will manage occupancy planning initiatives, portfolio optimization, and design management to create innovative workplace environments that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate Real Estate and business leaders to translate workplace requirements into planning solutions
- Develop feasibility studies, capacity analyses, and scenario modeling to inform real estate decisions
- Establish workplace standards and review architectural deliverables throughout project lifecycles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in workplace planning, occupancy planning, or related disciplines
- Experience with financial services institutions or large corporate portfolios is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and presentation development
- Strong understanding of occupancy planning methodologies and workplace standards
