Senior OCM Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing National Total Experience Practice, the full-time Senior OCM Consultant will develop and execute change management strategies, provide thought leadership, and assess change readiness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support technological changes
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and resistance to change
- Design and deliver communication materials and training programs to ensure user adoption of new technologies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in change management with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with large-scale technology migration projects
- Familiarity with ADKAR methodologies and other OCM frameworks
- Proficiency in Agile, KANBAN, and SCRUM project management methodologies
- Prosci certification or similar change management certification is a plus
