Job Summary
Leading the development of Kubernetes attack capabilities, the full-time Senior Offensive Security Engineer will conduct offensive security research, design production-quality attack capabilities in Python, and integrate findings into the NodeZero platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead offensive security research on Kubernetes clusters and environments
- Design and build attack capabilities that model realistic attacker perspectives
- Own technical planning for substantial Kubernetes initiatives, identifying gaps and coordinating delivery
Required qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes security and offensive testing
- Expert understanding of Kubernetes architecture and identity controls, particularly RBAC
- Strong Python engineering skills with experience in automating security research
- Experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security tooling
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and communicate effectively with diverse teams
