Senior Offering Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on the evolution and commercialization of managed services, the full-time remote Senior Offering Manager will manage the Mainframe as a Service (MFaaS) portfolio, translating technical capabilities into market-relevant offerings while developing pricing strategies and ensuring profitable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and evolve existing managed service offerings to reflect new platform capabilities and AI-enabled improvements
• Co-develop costing and pricing models to transition toward standardized, scalable pricing approaches
• Own and maintain the commercialization roadmap across the full MFaaS portfolio, prioritizing based on customer impact and commercial potential

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Product Management, Offer Management, or Service Portfolio Management in a managed services or technology services environment
• Strong experience in managed services, particularly with mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE services
• Proven track record of productizing services and developing pricing models
• Commercial and financial acumen, including cost-to-serve modeling and pricing strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience
