Senior Onboarding Manager
Job Summary
Owning the full onboarding journey for large advisory firms, the remote Senior Onboarding Manager will manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption of the CRM software.
Key responsibilities
- Drive project plans and track milestones for onboarding Wealthbox's largest advisory firms
- Meet with customer stakeholders to understand their operations and guide them through the onboarding process
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment among onboarding, product, and sales teams to meet timeline commitments
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years in onboarding, consulting, or product education within a SaaS environment
- Experience in SaaS project management and client-facing project management for enterprise customers
- Ability to quickly learn complex software and effectively teach it to non-technical users
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
- Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
