Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational risk management, the full-time Senior Operational Risk Analyst will build and run GRC risk reporting as a continuous operation, produce monthly risk reports for leadership, and oversee the third-party risk program.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage GRC risk reporting processes, including data centralization and risk treatment tracking
• Produce monthly risk reports framed by business impact, providing executive-ready commentary
• Oversee the end-to-end third-party risk program, including vendor assessments and remediation tracking

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational risk, IT risk, or GRC within a regulated environment
• Proven experience in producing monthly risk reports for risk committees and executives
• Experience in testing controls for effectiveness and evaluating risk exposure for new initiatives
• Familiarity with GRC tooling is preferred
