Senior Operational Risk Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for executing key components of the Company's Operational Risk Management framework, the full-time Senior Operational Risk Manager will provide independent risk oversight, assess operational risks, and drive risk mitigation strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational risk guidance and independent challenge to the First Line of Defense on operational risk matters
• Lead operational risk assessments to identify inherent and residual risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and recommend risk mitigation strategies
• Identify emerging issues and trends through analysis of key risk indicators and recommend appropriate actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a similar risk and control function
• Strong executive presence and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to independently analyze complex processes, risks, and controls
• Execution-oriented and results-driven mindset
