Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Operations Analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in eDiscovery operational workflows, providing support and training to associates while managing data processing tasks and ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary and third-party eDiscovery applications to load, process, and search client data in various formats
• Generate reports for senior management and collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot data issues
• Create and lead training sessions for associates, while managing and updating Standard Operating Procedures in their SME areas

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a production-based IT/technical role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and compliance
• Hands-on experience with databases and a foundational understanding of database file structures
• Familiarity with the eDiscovery industry and litigation support software
