Senior Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the operational foundation for Professional Services, the full-time Senior Professional Services Operations Analyst will maintain accurate PSA and Salesforce data, support billing readiness, and produce utilization reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily PSA workflows, including project setup, time entry validation, and utilization reporting
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues across PSA and Salesforce to ensure accurate billing and reporting
- Prepare audit-ready billing packages and provide insights to support leadership decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Professional Services Operations, PSA systems, or project financials
- Strong knowledge of services-delivery workflows and operational data management
