Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary PSA Administrator, the full-time Senior Professional Services Operations Analyst will oversee Certinia PSA administration, ensure project financial governance, and maintain data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer Certinia PSA and related Salesforce processes, ensuring effective configuration and user support
• Manage project financial hygiene, including billing readiness and revenue recognition, while preparing weekly billing packages for Finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Professional Services Operations, PSA systems, or project financial management
• Advanced knowledge of Certinia PSA and Salesforce platform
• Experience with project accounting and revenue recognition processes
• Understanding of operational governance and data quality management
