Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the payments function end-to-end, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will ensure accurate and timely member payments while developing scalable processes and tools in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payments operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of member payments
• Develop and scale payment operations for new product launches
• Leverage data analysis and process mapping to enhance payment operations efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic problem-solving roles, such as analytics or business operations
• 2+ years of experience building within operational teams
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and no-code/low-code AI automation tools
• Experience coaching or leading teams, with a hands-on approach to operations
• Strong ability to analyze complex processes and implement solutions with cross-functional stakeholders
