Senior Operations Associate

Job Summary

Driving cross-departmental collaboration, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will manage operational data integrity, educate advisors on performance methodologies, and resolve platform-related data issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate platform data to ensure accuracy in portfolio accounting and reporting
• Perform data quality audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies impacting operational accuracy
• Provide internal customer support, responding to time-sensitive inquiries from various internal teams

Required qualifications

• High School degree (or equivalent) required; post high school degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, focusing on data integrity and performance projects
• Knowledge of performance reporting methods, including Time Weighted Return and Dollar Weighted Return
• Experience with portfolio accounting/management and CRM systems, preferably Orion Advisor Technology and/or Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
