Job Summary
Owning the operational engagement for strategic partners, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will manage billing inquiries, coordinate technical support, and deliver monthly partner reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for strategic partners, ensuring clear accountability and proactive communication
- Manage billing discrepancies with Finance, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Deliver monthly reporting on transaction volume and operational performance, identifying trends and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer operations, partner operations, or technical account management within a PSP, fintech, bank, or crypto company
- Proven track record of supporting strategic enterprise customers across billing, reporting, and technical escalations
- Working knowledge of payments infrastructure, including stablecoins and digital wallets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in generating actionable reports from transaction and billing data
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
