Senior Operations Consultant
Job Summary
Leading operational readiness initiatives, the full-time Senior Operations Excellence Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products and services while ensuring effective operational practices and readiness across the Customer Success organization in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational readiness initiatives for new products and services, ensuring all operational requirements are identified and incorporated into implementation planning
- Facilitate cross-functional planning and execution, serving as a trusted operational advisor throughout the operational readiness lifecycle
- Analyze operational processes and readiness outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in operational excellence or related operational discipline
- At least three years of experience partnering cross-functionally in a technology or SaaS environment
- Experience translating technical requirements into scalable operational processes and readiness plans
- Proficiency in Agile or Kanban environments using tools like Jira or Confluence
