Senior Operations Data Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with key stakeholders, the full-time Senior Operations Data Analyst will perform business analysis and operations research in a fully remote environment, utilizing analytical methods to create predictive models and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to higher education trends to inform strategic direction and decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data governance practices and protocols
- Identify patterns and trends in data to recommend operational improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or operations research
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
