Senior Operations Excellence Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Operations Excellence Manager will oversee the end-to-end partnership between Commercial Experience and IT, managing system enhancements and change requests while improving the Quote to Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the partnership between Commercial Experience, functional experts, and IT, ensuring alignment on system architecture and priorities
• Lead the management of bugs, enhancements, and change requests, establishing clear ownership and prioritization
• Translate complex business needs into IT requirements and business requirements documents (BRDs) to enhance delivery quality

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Systems, or related fields with a focus on complex process flows
• Proven experience as a business-to-IT liaison, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with related enterprise platforms such as CLM or Workday
• Experience leading change management initiatives and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in complex environments
