Senior Operations Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial reporting and performance analysis, the full-time Senior Operations Finance Analyst will manage month-end reporting packages, develop analytical tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility into cost drivers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own recurring month-end Operations and COGS reporting packages, including preparation, validation, and distribution
- Maintain tools for tracking productivity initiatives and reconcile results against forecasts and actual performance
- Support financial planning processes by providing in-depth analysis and collaborating across functions to integrate operational projects into financial models
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills in financial modeling
- Familiarity with Netsuite, BI, CRM, and financial planning applications is a plus
- Experience with manufacturing or consumer products is a plus
