Job Summary
Leading financial oversight for complex projects, the full-time remote Senior Operations Finance Analyst will manage forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support while coaching finance team members and enhancing analytical processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial oversight, forecasting, and performance analysis for complex projects and portfolios
- Build integrated forecasts connecting contract scope, schedule, and financial outcomes
- Identify performance issues and present financial insights, decision points, and recommended actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Typically six to nine years of progressive operations finance or project accounting experience
- Strong understanding of construction or EPC project drivers and financial modeling capability
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or related tools
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or relevant professional certification preferred
