Senior Operations Lead
Job Summary
Overseeing day-to-day management of revenue cycle engagements, the full-time Senior Operations Lead will partner with key client leaders to communicate performance, support operational improvements, and enhance client outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Support relationships with key client counterparts through regular communication about revenue cycle performance
- Collaborate with service delivery and operational teams to align objectives and develop remediation plans for identified risks
- Translate day-to-day insights into best practices that optimize performance and support transformation initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in revenue cycle management
- Proven ability to influence change across revenue cycle operations
- Experience supporting KLAS and NPS improvement efforts
- Strong analytical skills related to operational performance metrics
