Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction and account profitability, the fully remote Senior Operations Manager will oversee operational performance standards for assigned accounts, ensuring service quality and timeliness while leading a team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Function as the primary contact for assigned locations, liaising with the Director of Operations
• Review operating statistics to ensure goals are met in service quality and timeliness
• Identify and resolve potential problem areas in collaboration with employees, enhancing program performance

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments, including 4 years in management
• Experience in multi-site operations and the healthcare industry is preferred
• Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to lead multiple sites
• Proven skills in coaching, leadership, and driving continuous improvement efforts
