Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Prime NASA program at Goddard Space Flight Center, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will oversee facilities maintenance operations, manage technical projects, and ensure compliance with NASA requirements, with the flexibility of remote work and periodic site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects related to facilities operations and oversee maintenance management systems
• Support the execution of the GSFC facilities maintenance contract and manage daily operations in accordance with performance standards
• Monitor costs, schedules, and performance metrics for base operations and IDIQ task orders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Eight to ten years of experience in government facilities maintenance or similar service contracts
• Experience with IDIQ contracts and task order execution
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of mission-critical facilities operations and engineering coordination
