Senior Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning operational execution across retail and wholesale channels, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational execution for retail and wholesale accounts, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly
- Drive sell-through performance and shelf placement by tracking account velocity and recommending actions
- Coordinate with Inventory, Logistics, and Systems to maintain EDI health and manage retailer PIM/vendor data
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in retail/wholesale operations or customer supply chain at a CPG or D2C brand
- Direct experience with EDI, retailer PIM/vendor portals, and ERP systems
- Proven track record of managing operational relationships for retail accounts
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments including Inventory, Logistics, and Compliance
