Senior Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning vendor performance management, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will manage partner relationships, analyze operational data, and operationalize new initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Run weekly performance reviews and hold fulfillment vendors accountable to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned fulfillment vendors, leading business reviews and maintaining strong partnerships
- Analyze large datasets to identify operational issues and advocate for necessary process improvements
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, program management, or supply chain with accountability for partner performance
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets for data analysis
- Experience managing vendor relationships and balancing accountability with relationship-building
- Exceptional attention to detail and a documented record of follow-through
- Self-directed and highly organized in a fully remote environment
