Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end onboarding process for Luxe listings, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will build acquisition strategies, improve operational efficiencies, and partner cross-functionally to achieve growth targets in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously improve onboarding operations to meet business pace and quality standards
• Develop and implement new listing acquisition and onboarding strategies in collaboration with Sales and other teams
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships while tracking key metrics for performance evaluation

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in program/operations management or related fields in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of managing a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, including budget accountability
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and advanced data analytics (e.g., SQL)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including dashboard and report creation
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build relationships with cross-functional teams
