Senior Operations Manager
Job Summary
The full-time Senior Operations Manager will oversee the operational systems, integrations, and inventory management in a remote setting, ensuring efficient workflows and supporting business growth through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the performance and continuous improvement of operational systems, ensuring reliable integrations and data flows
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows across various sales channels, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting product launches
- Lead operational readiness for new sales channels and coordinate system and process requirements for business expansion
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, supply chain, ecommerce, or systems integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, including inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and scalable operational workflows
- Demonstrated experience supporting system implementations and operational expansion across sales channels
