Job Summary
To support a high-performing remote team, the full-time Senior Operations Manager, CPA/EA will lead seasonal managers, ensure strong service delivery, and drive operational excellence through administrative oversight and talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and direction to a team of remote Seasonal Managers across varying shifts
- Serve as a point of escalation for seasonal leadership, ensuring program compliance and consistent policy execution
- Monitor daily and weekly metrics, including KPIs related to service quality and productivity
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in an operations, customer success, or tax services environment
- 2-4 years of experience managing other managers or team leads
- Preferred Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification
- Strong knowledge of seasonal business operations and workforce planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and workforce management tools
